WESTERN INSIGHTS - MEETS ASIAN INSIGHTS

Our programs are tailor made and differentiate themselves by their practical style. In our training sessions, as well as theory we use practical blocks where techniques including the Eastern martial art of Iaido are used. Hereby the participants are able to put their theory into physical practice and through this more than 60% (research 2007 among participants of Air-France KLM, LOGICA and University Nyenrode) of what is learned is remembered. As well as this, a connection is made between what is learned and the everyday practices of the participants.

An outperforming organization is characterized by aligned processes and excelling people. The world around us is constantly changing; consequently organizations and people are required to adapt. In the workshop designed for Knowledge Village Dubai we will teach why hiccups may occur during this process and we will give tools on how to cope with these changes. Furthermore the workshop teaches the participants how to better use their own existing abilities, so one can give the right answer in any given situation. Threats are
transformed into challenges. The workshop will include the teachings of highly effective tools so that the gained knowledge can be applied at the work floor.

Eastern wisdom in combination with Western knowledge teaches us to be open to new points of view. Through this one is prepared to approach challenges in a new and creative way whereby the accent falls on efficiency. The breakthrough that is realized by the end of the session is the starting point of a new approach.

A special advantage of this training method is that participants will really work closely together – with each other - when practicing the Eastern Martial Arts techniques. This will result in a more than average bonding and will therefore enhance the teambuilding effect tremendously.
