How to bring out the best from yourself and your people, by using known as well as 'hidden' potential. Participants on this programme will receive their Lumina Spark Portrait.

 

This we use as the foundation for our "Get Sparked" workshop.

The programme is aimed at Executives and Managers.

 

You will be amongst high level participants and will have a unique networking opportunity established in a different atmosphere.

 

 

 

 

The programme will be conducted partially in a group session. Most

activities will however be addressed in smaller groups of maximum 12 delegates.

 

Groups will be regularly restructured to promote group dynamics to be altered in order to increase the learning experience.

 

An evening programme on Day 1 of the workshop will be arranged including a group dinner session.
