The Insights Discovery Accreditation takes 4 days in total. Contents of this training have been aligned with the global Insights standard.

Day 1 | The Basics of Insights Discovery
You will receive information on the basics of the Insights model and you get theoretical background knowledge on the Discovery model.

- Scientific basics of Insights Discovery (C.G. Jung)
- Basics on the Insights Discovery Typology
Day 2 | In-depth Knowledge
You will be given in-depth knowledge on the Insights model and on the basis of your own Personal Profile as well as a set of practical examples, you will gain new insights on how to proceed with the interpretation of Insights Discovery graphics for preference values.
Day 3 | Application and Opportunities of Insights Discovery
You will learn more about the application opportunities of the Insights model for personal and team development, coaching, selection of personal, leadership, sales, and training.
This knowledge will be further underscored by practice-oriented exercises. Here, in particular, we will focus on your special requirements.
Day 4 | In-depth Practical Experience
On the basis of concrete, self-chosen exemplary cases, you are given the opportunity of interpreting Insights graphics and to train the case of assessment talks as well. You will receive detailed information on the individual Insights Discovery modules.
Targets of the accreditation seminar
Get to know yourself and others in your/their personal working, communicating, and behavioral environment and style.
Develop solid know-how on the scientific background and establishment of the Insights model.
Get to know how to implement Jung’s typology included in the Insights graphics.
Learn how to interpret the graphics (colored bar charts, preference flow, Jung’s preferences, and the Insights wheel) of the Personal Profile.
Get to know the procedures behind Coaching with Insights and make your own corresponding experience.
Learn how to use the Insights Discovery Personal Profile in a targeted manner for personnel recruitment, personnel development, training, leadership and sales, in line with the respective specific demand.
Obtain a comprehensive set of methodology and didactics material for Insights workshops as well as information on how to handle the software.
As a participant of the accreditation process, you go through several phases:
1st Stage of preparation:
The following tasks must be completed in the run-up to the accreditation seminar: (You will receive instructions and material together with the information
documentation which we will send to your attention after registration.)
Fill in the new Insights Discovery Online Evaluator.
Chose three persons from your closer environment and ask them to fill in the Insights Discovery Online Evaluator as well.
2nd Implementation: Accreditation Seminar
The accreditation seminar is subdivided into stages of 3 + 1 days. Participation on all 4 days is mandatory.
3rd Stage of Follow-Up Work:
The follow-up stage starts already between the 3rd and 4th day of the accreditation seminar.
The following tasks must be fulfilled:
- Processing of the “Confirmation of Learning".
- Implementation of 3 Coachings with Insights Discovery.
Upon successful completion of the evaluation and participation on the 4th day, you are authorized to acquire the software and to independently work with Insights Discovery.
Renewal of the Certificate:
Thanks to participating in the one-day certification renewal seminar on an annual basis, your certification is correspondingly extended. Thus, you own the rights to actively use Insights Discovery in your company. If, within 2 years time, you do not participate in any certification renewal seminar, then, your Insights Discovery certification will automatically expire.
